Honestly, I am creatively drained. Drained! Best thing to do when your muse goes on vacation is to get and be creative. My art journal sits on my desk asking to be opened and every now and then, I open it and NOTHING spills out. Absolutely nothing.
I have tried to crochet and I get bored after a couple of minutes. Then I tried to draw and I was not inspired. So, I had a quick photo shoot with the kids and that was a lot of fun. It reminds me why I love photography and taking pictures of kids. You can not beat that for a mood and creativity booster.

islandjen - Just go with the flow girl…the muse will return and soon you’ll be creating so much it will make you sick!
Michelle Clement - ..glad i stumbled on your blog today…=) sorry to hear about the creative slump…but thank god we creative people usually have a few crafty things we can skip around to….happy day!
Dawn - It WILL come back…sometimes creativity takes a holiday…I deal with that WAY too often…I think you have to do like you did…just try many different things until something sparks. The juice returns!
Michelle - You have to replenish your creativity all the time. Next time you feel like that you should do something that is not “you” but you always wanted to check out or try. And going out in nature always juices me up too. Like a local park, river or garden.
mrc1471 - I was kinda feeling that last night when everything I was doing was kinda blah. Hope your juices get flowing soon.
