Buttons, Buttons Everywhere

I used to collect buttons when I was a teenager. They were cool back in the 80s. Lately, I have been attracted to buttons that make a statement. I am a graphic designer and I went to an industry show recently and the themes were “Going Green” and “Get Out and Vote”. I happened upon a table with tons of buttons on it, replicas of political buttons from past elections. If I could have, I would have snatched up about 67 of them. Instead, I snagged about twenty. I also collected buttons from BlogHer and various vendors. One of my faves is Jen Lemen’s hopefull button. I love it. It reminds me of her and she is one awesome lady.
