view 05: Loads of Hope

holiday-14

This post is part of a special holiday Blog Carnival hosted on Blog Nosh Magazine and is sponsored by the Tide Loads of Hope program.

This year, I am filled with hope and faith unlike ever before. I am also full of joy. I mentioned to a friend over dinner last night that I was going through a slight trial. She showed me a book she was finishing up and said the author spoke about an invitation to joy. She said: God not only offers forgiveness, reconciliation and healing, but wants to lift up these gifts as a source of joy for all who witness them. Then she shared with me a prayer she was sending up for me and I could not have been any more thankful for her taking the time to do that. I am filled with hope because I am blessed and I know Whose I am.

I encourage you to join the blog carnival and share your messages of hope.

Sugar Jones - I love the stories that we get to tell after God helps us through a trial. The Bible tells us to be ready to tell others why we have hope. I always figure that my trials are really the only time anyone would ask, so God has given me the opportunity to tell someone about Him.
